As a food scientist, nutritionist and health enthusiast, moving my body daily, has always felt like second nature to me.
For many years I've practiced yoga on my mat and kept crazier hip moves for the dance floor. This was until I discovered Living Yolates during a first retreat in Bali. Finally a method that was centering and strengthening, yet so freeing and playful at the same time! It basically combined everything I loved and needed. I got hooked and so inspired, I just knew I had to share it. I went back a year later to complete the teaching certificate (250 Hr).
I’m also certified in Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing, which I use on students during Shavasana.
My classes are all about passing on what I have learned, enabling you to feel more rooted yet uplifted, stronger while finding softness and last but not least, blissfully sweaty!
